I try for the competitions first, if I can't get in, then I'll try for the publishers' submission exercises. If cannot, then the newspapers ... ...

But nowadays people prefer to see color than B&W.


So I'll be finishing 6 more then move on to color.

Only problem is, I'm not good at reading chinese, so have to read quite slowly and do some guesswork to understand it. ^^;

Hee hee, I planned to have him drink initially. But after an impromptu thought of drawing the first panel in the bathroom (and just when I felt that I drew a really nice bathroom setting), I realized that it is weird to have him drink the medicine there :smilieDumb: <sweat...>

Moral of story: Must plan more beforehand...

Actually, I'm somewhat conflicted... :smilieBlush:

I do love the colours, but I prefer the black n white layout, ie, smaller pictures with clearly defined frames that I can see and compare at a glance. The varied size of the coloured pics do help to move the story on and define the mood sometimes, but somehow my eyes feel irritated at having to "adjust". I dunno, maybe it's just me, but thot I'll just say, in case it matters. XP

Hmm, perhaps Taiwanese blog readers are already accustomed to the colorful comics? That's why when I do black and white, there are less feedback.

I'm not too sure, but I know that I have to work on the content more and don't have much time to do colored ones :cry:

Erm, Eva, perhaps you misunderstand... I like the colourful comics. What I do not quite like is the bigger, and uneven sizes of the panels. >.<
