For the second one the castle looks somewhat bulky among the slender trees...
But I love the first and third! First one is somewhat dreamy; third one looks totally believable. Ah... *daydreams* ^^

first one looks the best.. though position of the waterfall seems a bit odd (maybe jus me) esp its all flowing down to a green patch of field? maybe if its flowing down to a river or pool will be better? my 2 cts
