Here`s an interesting article written by Ed Catmull that I found. It talks about Pixar, their success, how they`ve built it, and how they`re trying to keep going.

Quite interesting! But my colleague said that it could be looking good for their stock market. Nevertheless, I went to listen to the audio interview and noted the points.

Heheheh, I think it`ll be looking good for their stock for the next 10 years or so. Pretty smooth sailing, and any stick through any bad news about them. They`ll solve it pretty fast!

But I think the most important thing that I`ve learnt from that article is Pixar`s emphasis on people instead of ideas, and their belief that it is people that solve problems and make an idea into a successful film rather than a good idea carrying the entire process through.
